Why is this study being done? The advent of new technological innovations, including artificial intelligence (AI) language models (e.g., ChatGPT), has caused significant challenges for educators and learning institutions in the realm of assessment. To support the integration of new technology into teacher training programs, it is important to understand how students, teachers and educators use or plan to use AI language models for their own learning and in schools. The purpose of this study is to explore how participants may use AI language models.
The survey is open to ALL Canadian Pre-Service teachers. Questions regarding the survey can be directed to the Lead PI, Dr. Saad Chahine: saad.chahine@queensu.ca
